Where did it start? Where is it going?
Hi. It's just me right now, but I would love to grow more than just microgreens and provide more to others in my community and beyond. Microgreens are my gateway to sharing, but healthy living, healthy thinking, healthy moving, and healthy planning, are all things I greatly enjoy. Elder-Sprout is the place where I will meet new people and provide genuine gifts of wellness starting with nutrition. A career in the military taught me leadership and communication, but I always had compassion, altruism, and a keen perception to understand what life presents us with. There's so much to discuss, to learn, to understand, and to appreciate under the sun! It truly is inspiring to be an adult and still play in the dirt for work, to be able to meet so many healthy-conscious gardening, yoga, beach-going, biking, and now microgreens friends, and to keep growing alongside the people I have the privilege to serve. If Elder-Sprout inspires even a few people to eat a little better, grow something themselves, or simply appreciate the beauty of nature, then I'll consider this journey a success.
